TERMS OF USE & END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This Terms of Use & End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Creators Compass ("Licensed Application" or "App") developed and published by Firat GULEC ("Application Provider", "Licensor"), distributed through Apple’s App Store.

1. GENERAL & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

By using Creators Compass, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The App uses YouTube API Services. By using this App, you agree to be bound by theYouTube Terms of Service.
• Google API Compliance: Creators Compass complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
  • We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties.
  • We only use Google user data to provide user-facing features within the app.
• Your license is subject to your prior acceptance of this Agreement and Apple’s Standard EULA.

2. AI-POWERED ANALYSIS (GEMINI API)

Creators Compass utilizes the Gemini API to analyze YouTube data and provide growth suggestions.

• The AI-generated insights, recommendations, and optimization tips are for informational purposes only.
• The Licensor does not guarantee any specific growth, revenue increase, or YouTube algorithm success based on these insights.
• You are responsible for any content changes or strategic decisions made based on the App's suggestions.

3. SCOPE OF LICENSE

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device you control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code; modify or create derivative works; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

All payments are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase using your Apple ID.

4.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions via: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
• Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

4.2 Refunds

The Application Provider cannot issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

5. DATA PRIVACY & CONSENT

To provide its core functionality, the App requires access to your YouTube channel data via Google OAuth. You agree that the Licensor may collect and process this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We use your email address (with your consent) for account authentication and to send welcome/informative communications.

Users can request deletion of their data at any time. Upon request, all associated data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

6. NO WARRANTY

The Licensed Application is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or that the YouTube API/Gemini API services will be uninterrupted.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or YouTube channel suspension/demonetization, arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence (e.g., GDPR requirements for EU users).
