Pet Profiles and Care Data

To provide Puppivo’s features, the Application stores information You choose to enter, which may include:

• Dog profiles: Name, photo, age or date of birth, weight, and life stage.
• Daily care logs: Food, water, walk, and potty entries, including timestamps and optional walk duration.
• Health records: Health Shield related items such as vaccination status, parasite protection, wellness notes, body condition score, vet visits, and reminder dates.
• Wellness planning: Upcoming care items such as dental routines or parasite reviews that You track in the app.
• Expenses: Amounts, categories, budgets, and which dog an expense belongs to.
• Household settings: Preferences and family or household sharing settings You configure in the app.

Pet Data is provided by You. Puppivo does not access veterinary clinic systems and does not collect medical records unless You enter them yourself.

Usage Data

Usage Data may be collected automatically when using the Service, including device type, operating system, app performance, crash diagnostics, and similar technical information needed to keep the Application reliable and secure.

4. How We Use Your Data

The Company uses the collected data for the following:

• To provide the Service: Show dashboards, daily care progress, Health Shield, wellness calendars, and expense summaries for the dogs You add.
• To personalize care reminders: Surface planning items based on information You provide, such as breed-related dental risk, lifestyle, region, or season, where those features are available.
• To support household use: Enable family or household features so people You invite can help with shared dog care, according to the settings You choose.
• Communication: We may use your email address for authentication, security notifications, and essential service updates.
• Maintenance: To monitor the usage of our Service and troubleshoot technical issues.

We do not sell Your Personal Data or Pet Data. We do not use it for advertising or resale.

• In-App Editing: You can update or delete dog profiles, photos, care logs, health entries, and expenses from within the Application.
• In-App Account Deletion: You may delete your account and associated stored data through Application settings where that option is available.

• Revoke Access: If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also manage or revoke access in your Apple ID settings.
