TERMS OF USE & END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This Terms of Use & End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Puppivo ("Licensed Application" or "App") developed and published by Firat GULEC ("Application Provider", "Licensor"), distributed through Apple’s App Store.

Puppivo is a dog-care companion for logging daily routines, tracking health and wellness reminders, and organizing household pet expenses. This Agreement is intended to comply with Apple App Store requirements and applicable laws, including Türkiye KVKK and, where relevant, GDPR.

1. GENERAL & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

By using Puppivo, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Third-Party Authentication: The App may provide Sign in with Apple as an authentication method. Your use of this service is subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. The Licensor is not responsible for service interruptions or security issues originating from Apple’s authentication servers.
• Your license is subject to your prior acceptance of this Agreement and Apple’s Standard EULA.
• You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and the Licensor only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Licensed Application or its content.

2. CARE, HEALTH & WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

Puppivo helps you organize daily care (such as food, water, walks, and potty), review a Health Shield summary, track body condition and weight, plan wellness items, and record expenses.

• Health Shield scores, reminders, body condition guidance, vaccination or parasite status, dental routines, and similar features are for informational and organizational purposes only.
• The App is not a veterinary clinic, medical device, or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease.
• Breed, lifestyle, region, or season based suggestions are general guidance and may not fit every dog.
• You remain responsible for all care decisions. Consult a licensed veterinarian for medical advice, emergencies, medications, and treatment plans.
• The Licensor does not guarantee any specific health outcome, cost saving, or completeness of records you enter.

3. SCOPE OF LICENSE

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device you control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.

You may not:

• Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except where permitted by law;
• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the App, except where permitted by law;
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including entering data you do not have the right to store.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

If paid features are offered, all payments are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase using your Apple ID. The Application Provider does not collect or store credit card information.

In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application.

4.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions via: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
• Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

4.2 Refunds

The Application Provider cannot issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

5. YOUR CONTENT & HOUSEHOLD USE

You retain ownership of photos, notes, care logs, health entries, and expense records you add to Puppivo. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for only sharing household access with people you trust.

If the App includes family or household sharing, people you invite may see pet profiles and care data according to the permissions available in the App. Do not upload photos or records of animals or people without appropriate rights and consent.

6. DATA PRIVACY & CONSENT

To provide its core functionality, the App stores Pet Data you enter and may use Sign in with Apple if you create an account. You agree that the Licensor may collect and process this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion: You may terminate your account and delete stored data through the Delete Account option within the App settings where available, or by contacting the Licensor.

7. NO WARRANTY

The Licensed Application is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness of health or expense records, or uninterrupted availability of the App.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, veterinary costs, or harm to an animal, arising from the use or inability to use the App. Care decisions remain yours.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence (for example, GDPR requirements for EU users).

10. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
